Privacy Policy — Digital Training Courses Store

What we collect

• Payment data is handled by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details. Billing details Stripe collects are governed by Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/privacy
• Licenses (CT Tech Prep and BoneDensity Prep). To issue and manage your license we store: the license key, the email address used at checkout, the Stripe checkout and payment IDs, whether the purchase was refunded, and a random identifier for the device where the license is active (not your name, IP address or hardware details). We use your email only to send your license key and to answer support requests. License emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider.
• Question of the week (optional). If you subscribe, we store your email address, the courses you chose (DEXA, CT), where you signed up on the site, the country derived from your connection, and the dates you subscribed, confirmed and unsubscribed. We email you only after you confirm through the link we send, and only the weekly question and messages about this subscription. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To prevent abuse of the sign-up form we keep a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour, then it is deleted automatically. These emails are sent through Resend.
• Study data. Your answers, progress and settings are stored only in your browser on your device. We never receive them.
• Visit statistics. When you open a page we count the visit: the date, the page and the country our hosting provider (Cloudflare) derives from your network connection. We do not store your IP address, set cookies or identify you; the counts are used only in aggregate to understand where visitors come from.

Cookies

We use no tracking or advertising cookies. Browser local storage keeps your progress and access status on your device. Stripe's checkout pages may set cookies needed for payment processing and fraud prevention.

Retention and your rights

License records are kept for as long as the license exists, so we can restore it for you. Subscription records are kept while you are subscribed; after you unsubscribe we keep only your address and the unsubscribe date, so we never email you again by mistake. We do not sell or share subscriber addresses. To ask for a copy or deletion of your data, contact digitaltraningcourses@gmail.com. Deleting a license record ends that license.
